Welcome to our new home
Ta Da! My new home on the web. Mine all mine.
Finally ditched blogger and all its muck for my own domain and wordpress. So far so good. I am no wizard with the internets though so I am on a bit of a learning curve with it here, but I am hopeful that I will have it down in no time.
Still working on importing links so that is a bit scarce for the time being. There is some fun stuff I am hoping to give a try.

who is hosting this blog? I’ve been looking to leave blogger for awile, but was hoping to find another good free one. I’m assuming from how nice this looks that it is a paid for service. I like that you get a .com for yourself! Coolness!
The blogging service is wordpress, which is free. But I have it on my own domain, which really isn’t that much. I found a good deal with bluehost.com and the wordpress is super easy to install through them. I really recommend going with your own domain because you are completely at the mercy of the host otherwise. If you are working up any sort of a following or business base with a blog then it is essential so that you won’t have to worry about URL consistency.
