Katie, I think that your new yarn looks amazingly scrummy and your new get-around looks great! The joys of mobility after pain. My sister is discovering that as well (did I ever tell you my sister has Fibromyalgia as well?) with her newest digs and her 5 kiddos. :)

Can't wait to see pictures of your new house. Much love from across the ocean.

Have you ordered a new basket and handlebar streamers for the scooter yet? Because as useful as it is, it just needs some serious flair. Maybe one of those skull-and-knitting-needle decals for the front, too.

I do love the picture of my family. Going to get a print of it and a nice frame.

I have fibromyalgia which I was diagnosed with roughly 18 years ago. I managed/coped pretty well with it until about a year ago when it went rapidly down hill. If you dig around in the archives you will see there are a bunch of posts that are either about this or make reference to it. I am really bad at tagging things, but in my tag cloud fibromyalgia is second only in size to knitting. If I went through and properly tagged everything it would probably be the biggest. So, nope. Not really new.

The picture of your family is beautiful! I wish I could get all of mine together, in one place and all clean at the same time. *rolls eyes* lol

I didn't know you had health problems? I must have started reading you after this occurred...what's up? Whatever it is, I hope you're feeling better soon but cool score on the scooter so, at least, now you can get out and about!

It's good to see you writing...you are missed.
